They will give you automated responses in email, the Trustpilot reviews are bogus talking about stuff they haven't received only talking about prior to ordering. They won't update how your product is doing after production even if you have to follow up, i'm trying to email for a refund but it's not looking good at all.

Don't ever order here because if you do get anything it won't look like the images and will be bad quality and or the wrong colour. Please save yourself and find an actual trusted well known website because these people are from Hong Kong, you know how people over there love to take money because they see you as an easy target.

I bought a sweater that was advertised as embroided, however what I received was the worst quality sweater I've ever seen with a stamp on it and not embroided. When I contacted customer service they offered a 20% refund, which I didn't agree to.

So they then offered an 80% refund so I could cover the transportation costs and I accepted it to end the discussion. Now, over a month later I checked and the refund was never done.

I emailed them and they won't send me proof of the return and keep sending me the same automatic message. Horrible company, Horrible product, Horrible customer service, false advertising, what they're doing is illegal.

I ordered a pet embroidered sweater for £50 from Roseinside and what I received was a joke. The quality of the sweatshirt was of the lowest kind, the pet's drawing had absolutely nothing to do with the image I sent and it was made of cheap plastic as well as damaged in some parts.

The sweatshirt's labels showing its fibre composition were voluntary removed (which is not in line with European regulations). On top of this, the website presents false information about returns and refund (99 days with full refund for damaged items).

They offered me only 50% back and when I asked for clarification they stopped answering my emails. This is a total scam and I would honestly recommend you not to buy anything from this website.
